The Kashan Special Economic Zone, as one of the country’s strategic industrial and economic development plans, has commenced its operations by leveraging its exceptional geographical position in the north of Isfahan Province, adjacent to key industrial hubs and major consumer markets.

Our primary goal is to make intelligent and efficient use of the region’s valuable capacities, both locally and nationally, while creating a secure, sustainable, and advanced platform for the establishment of medium-scale, low water-consuming, knowledge-based, and high-tech industries.

The development of key infrastructure, such as integration with the national railway network, connection to the country’s major highways, and access to international airports, has enabled the zone to engage effectively with both the national and global transport networks.

Operating under the supervision of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO), and covering an area of 1,500 hectares in three implementation phases (Phase One: 250 hectares), the Zone is committed to supporting downstream metal industries, completing value chains, and reducing the export of unprocessed mineral resources.

Legal and administrative advantages, together with tax and customs incentives and transparent, swift land allocation processes, create ideal opportunities for both domestic and international investors to play a decisive role in enhancing national industry and completing regional production chains.

With a future-oriented perspective, the Kashan SEZ places the expansion of inter-provincial and regional cooperation high on its agenda. This includes active participation in the country’s industrial and trade corridors, strengthening links with production networks in neighboring cities, and developing added value through the export of advanced products, industrial branding, and the formation of industrial clusters.
