Introduction

Special Economic Zone

In accordance with the law on the establishment of special economic zones approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly on 1389/09/28 and pursuant to Resolution No. 187432 T 48461 N dated 1391/09/26 of the Honorable Council of Ministers, the Kashan Special Economic Zone was approved under the responsibility of the Iranian Mines and Mineral Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO), with an industrial and commercial orientation. Thus, after the acquisition of land and the transfer of land documents, the Kashan Special Economic Zone officially began its activities under the direct supervision of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Special Economic Zones.
The area of this area is 1500 hectares and consists of three phases. According to the comprehensive plan for the revision of the Kashan Special Economic Zone, the development of the first phase of the area with an area of 250 hectares is on the agenda. This area is located in the northwest of Isfahan province, adjacent to the provinces of Qom and Arak, and on the border between the two counties of Aran and Bidgol and Kashan. The Kashan Special Economic Zone is directly connected to the central special economic zones of the country and, in the next stage, indirectly connected to the special and free zones of the north of the country. The existence of transit facilities in the region has made it possible to operate an export terminal, logistics and warehousing area in the region, and the central location of the region in the country has facilitated interaction with special economic and free industrial-commercial zones. On the other hand, investment opportunities in the Kashan Special Economic Zone are also important advantages of this region.

Types of nanocoatings

Nanocoatings play a key role in increasing the corrosion resistance, strength and durability of metal structures. This technology is very effective in improving the performance and lifespan of equipment and tools used in mines. Also, these coatings reduce maintenance costs and increase productivity in the copper, steel and aluminum value chain.

Metal chassis holding industrial equipment

These products are mainly manufactured from steel and aluminum and are used to support heavy equipment in mines, refineries, and mineral processing plants. As key components in the deployment of mining and industrial machinery, metal chassis contribute to the stability of operations.

Types of turbines

Turbines are used especially in hydroelectric and thermal power plants that supply energy to mines. The turbine body and components are usually made of steel and aluminum, which ensures their durability and performance in harsh mining conditions.

Crankshaft

Crankshafts are a key component in heavy mining and industrial machinery. These products, which are mainly made of steel, provide the mechanical motion necessary for the operation of mineral extraction and processing equipment.

Conveyor belt

Conveyor belts are a vital piece of equipment in mines for transporting minerals. These equipment are manufactured using steel and aluminum and reduce the costs and time of extraction and material transfer operations.

Types of metal structures

Steel and aluminum metal structures are used in various industries, especially in mining infrastructure. These structures include metal skeletons for heavy equipment and industrial buildings. The key role of these products in mining is to create stable and resilient infrastructure for the transportation, storage and processing of minerals.

Types of industrial robots

Industrial robots are used in mines to perform complex and dangerous operations, such as drilling and moving minerals. The robot’s body and components are made of steel and aluminum, improving safety and productivity in mines.

Types of spraying, dispersing and injection devices and equipment

These equipments are used in mining and industrial processes for injecting and spraying chemicals and additives. The use of copper, steel and aluminum in the production of these devices helps to increase their accuracy and durability.

Separation or purification equipment (liquid and gas)

These equipments are used for purification and separation of minerals from waste materials. The structure of these devices is made of stainless steel and aluminum, which ensures corrosion resistance and long service life.

Gearbox and gears

Gearboxes and sprockets are used in mining and industrial machinery to transmit power and control motion. These components, which are manufactured from special steels and alloys, play an important role in the efficiency and precision of mining operations.

Electric steam generator

Steam generators are used in the mining industry to produce thermal and mechanical energy. These equipments, which are made of steel and aluminum materials, play an important role in mineral processing and energy supply in mines.
