After the full implementation of the plan and the issuance of the exploitation license, a new contract for the exploitation period will be concluded between the special economic zone and the investor, and the rental amount will be determined by experts and after approval by the relevant committee. At the end of the exploitation period, upon the investor’s request, the land ownership will be transferred. Otherwise, the lease contract can be extended by agreement.
